Don't worry I didn't harm him while doing this and I was very very careful as not to get paint on his skin.

This was just a random idea I had so I tryed it out. Took a couple of hours to do diffrent layers and alow the paint to dry, which was made even harder considering the fact that every time I was holding the shell he was trying to reach for my paint brush. XD

Kinda did it to symbolize how things considered ugly or discusting can be made beautiful simple by adding colour.

Not that I think snails are ugly cause there not, I actually think they're very cute. owo

After taking a few pictures, I left him be. The paint will likey come off in the rain and for the time being the colours might help keep birds away frim him, since bright colours in nature tend to symbolize poision. Another thing is that the paint layers will have made the shell slightly stronger for him.
